For one naan

75 g flour,

10 g baking powder,

60-65 g Greek yogurt,

1 tablespoon of olive oil.

James adds 1 teasp sugar

Mix by hand – add a little more flour or olive oil if needed to get right consistency. Fry with very little oil in frying pan
